Profile: New to the scene, Brad's adjusting to Colorado's strong talent pool and learning to be a solid goalie. His goalie game started rough around the edges with a grab bag of shots, but now that he's setting up the ball every time, and learning to work all the passes and shots, he's understanding how to control the game from the pits. If he keeps it up, he should make for a good goalie for anyone come tourney time. Brad can hit the hard wall pass to his partner's 3 row, straight lane, or even the second man pass. He's got the sprays, and even will bust out the nasty long from time to time. All he needs is more experience working the pull series. His defense is already giving some of Denver's best shooters fits with a good mix of smart defense and tempo changing bait and races.
Up front, Brad's weakness is definitely his 5 row. He doesn't really have a series, just a handful of passes that he hits well, but not all that consistent. If he can get the ball to his 3 row, he shoots a decent roller that will hit all the holes with no real preference to one side. Still, he can jump up front and bang home a couple big points if his partner gets stuck.
All in all, he's a great pick up for tourneys, and once he gets some more table time and tightens up his game to mimic the pros, he should be quite a player.
Strengths: Nice developing two bar with all the options, good defense, great attitude that fires up his partner, good mental game, not intimidated by anyone
Weaknesses: 5 bar needs some work, just needs to keep playing more to get experience and better execution
