No Slice, My title was never put up on the line in that point series.. Cam said explicitly that when he asked me if he could use my title name to draw players to the fort Collins tournaments, that if anyone wins it they can not claim owner ship of that title, just bragging rights, because he knew that my title name was established over many years, and that no one can take it away with one win.. plus i was the top point winner in the end of the 11th week, but Cam did a switch-a-roo and added one more week, because it was clear that I won the race of the points. Even after the last singles event of the night that Rose won, I was still in the lead in the points.

The whole 11 week event with one week added to try to throw my lead off didn't work, because in the end of the points race, it really didn't matter about the points, just who won the last week of singles...
To me, it was a fluke event in the long run, because Darrin Rose was like 4th or 5th in points, because Pimp was in second place in points if I recall right...

The Ruler of the North series was originally about being the top point leader in the end of the 11 weeks, just like the 16 week points race for the super singles title, but in the end of the ROTN event, it was changed to keep me from winning by points, because I clearly took 9 weeks of wins out of 12... So the reality is, the Rose is not the R.O.T.N....I was the leader of the points in the end, so why it got all twisted around was always beyond me, I guess just bad foosball politics.

Bottom line, it was badly run for a points race, because I clearly took it by points, and I never put up the name of my title name up for grabs, because if that was the case it would have been advertised as such.

So once again everyone, there you have the facts of the Jedi history, without the propaganda.

Jedi R O.T.N.

The New England Patriots went into the 2008 Super Bowl with an 18-0 record. The New York Giants were 12-6. The Giants won that Super Bowl. Guess who they called the World Champions of Football?

Jesus Slice, Boxing, football, pro sports in general have different over all format rules, basically because the millions that is involved. Foosball does not have the same format, foosball is not guided, or governed by the same pro sport rules.
After all, the law of foosball doesn't count rank points to a players over all winning average in event's like the fireball event in 2010, Civil War or cancer benefits, or warm ups and locals. If the law did add all that, then I would be" A Grand Master" long before now!

You just can't compare foosball to any other sports or table games, after all Slice, we don't even have a sound point system that's accurate to most players over all abilities, as I am a prime example of the flaws of the system.

Realistically, if one wants to claim that Rose won a ROTN points race series by winning the last week singles tournament against the Jedi, considering that after all was said and done with me still in the lead in points, and the Rose standing under that lead when all was done, then I have every right to claim myself as a Master in the state of Colorado. Because how can the Rose be the ROTN from a points race, when he never was in the lead in the race in the begin with, or in the end.

You’re ranked expert. I don’t see a problem with the system on your ranking. I saw Boogie, clearly a true pro smoke you in a tourney and after that I saw Champ, clearly a true pro master smoke Boogie. I don’t see a flaw in that scenario. Clearly you are the ruler of the north for consistency in foos history up there amongst foosers that played regularly up there and your skills in singles are really good for the singles game up to a certain point, but it doesn’t hold up to true pro masters with great transition games and speed. I can’t take anything away from your accomplishments. You play well and fight hard and make many players down here cringe when they play you because quite honestly their singles games are lazy. Keep up the good work and the good fight.
My comments on ROTN really only referred to that particular tourney and how it culminated. Rose pulled off the upset. Kid Thunder mistakenly thought it was City.

No Slice, Rose did not pull off an upset, he just won the last week, for the last fucking time, Darrin Rose did not accumulate enough points to be in the lead, he finished under third in the end.... Bottom fucking line.

The event was a points race, and on the 10th week shit was changed one week before it was all over, just to sute the fact that I already took the whole event weeks before it was over, that's how much I was in the lead, in fact I didn't even need to show up to play the last 12th week that was added.

You can't advertise a points race, and then change the event towards the end, and make it the top 6 play it out one last tournament to decide a winner, and Ruler.

I smelled conspiracy to defraud a points race, changed to a 11 weeks to qualify to participate in a final singles event, definitely not what a points race is all about.

The only one reason why the event was changed, was to keep me from winning the race in points, which I clearly did, so now, let's fuck off the last 10 weeks of a points race, and change it, and let's see if Jedi can win the qualifying last singles tournament too.

So no Slice, Rose didn't upset anything, just won the last week in singles, and ended up under third place in points.

Meanwhile I won 9 out of 11 weeks, since I took 2nd the last week. Like I said, I had already clinched the points race by a landslide for the win, but other's just couldn't stand the fact that I took the ROTN series before the event was over. Lol.

The super singles handicap points race that I took this year was only a hand full of points. That last week in the event I still could have lost, just to end up second, But the event was a legit points race, and not switched later to a qualifying tournament of keep the Jedi from winning.

I’m pretty sure that the last tourney was promoted as the championship of the ROTN tourney and Rose won. You’re pretty good at digging up old threads so if it’s out there pull it up and if I’m wrong, I’m wrong, otherwise is just a he said/she said situation. Bottom line is if you would’ve finished out that last tourney when the chips were on the line then there is no debate. There’s been a very recent he said/she said table situation with 2 totally different stories. Hmmmmmm.....

No Slice, it was not promoted like that at the start of the 11 week event, only after I clearly took the race in points was there a change made to add another week and do what would be called in my book a qualifying event, and I know without a doubt that the way it ended that it wasn't promoted like mentioned in the beginning..

But for sure without a doubt, I remained the top point leader even after taking second in the last week..lol
Which is what a points race is all about..

But I don't care what TD you are, you don't change the format and rules at the close end of an event, especially after someone already won the race at week 8-9. That's why the desperate change was made to turn it into a qualifying tournament into week 12. Doing that made the total race irrelevant for the Jedi, WHY because I could have not played so hard and just qualify in the top 6 somewhere? and then just kick ass the last week, maybe?
But because it was advertised as a points race, with no hidden options. So since Ruler means dominance, then that's exactly what I was doing and actually did..lol,
just a few weeks before it was over, and to late for anyone to win the race in points... BUT THEN THE SWITCH-A-ROO comes into play anyway despite the no hidden options, just to Dethrone the Jedi from the actual points race.

And here's another thing Slice, WHY IN THE UNHOLY HELL WOULD I MISCONSTRUE THAT EVENT? HUH!
That would take away the meaning of the name Jedi if I was to be deceiving in any of this, but remember that event was about 10-11 years ago, and no one has ever stepped up and chimed in and said otherwise of what I preach...

Does anyone want me to give the run down facts about The Road 34 conspiracy of a year end tally that was so backwards, that not one player that was posted was correct.
After yours truly went through all the posted results and including the hidden black book of Chris Coy, for three fucking sleepless nights of going through everyone that was named, went through it all over and over, because I wanted to fucking know myself.

Well lo and behold, who ends up at the top of the year end results, yep once again dominating, YOURS TRULY
I'll stop here, I already have that location in book form already!
The theme of that story is, The conspiracies to defraud Jedi "The Ruler of the North".

Oh there's one more thing as Columbo would say.
I honestly don't think I was a Master then.

Oh and another thing Slice, the results of the R.O.T.N. series at that time was posted on the first Colorado forum, so good Irish potato luck of ever finding anything about that event in results or even the advertisement of the event.
But as for me I kept track of my position each week, how much was made, and who got into the top 3.
That's how I know it was 9 winning weeks out of 12, not to mention, and another little tid bit, 7 weeks out of the 11, because there was no doubles the last week, but 7 weeks were a bouble sweep out of 11 weeks.

Pimp had a good record too, after all he was second in points over all

Damn wish I still had that record book, it had alot of info stats on players like Pimp, Ryan Napton, Pickle and Princess, etc, etc.

Still he said/she said then, and whenever I read something that you post as how you remember it, the story is totally different from the other side. We’ll just have to leave at you won the regular season but Rose won the championship. You get to brag about all of your wins leading up to the championship but Rose gets to hold up the championship trophy just like the Giants, while the Patriots get a history of ‘only if’ for that year. The cool thing is that Rose doesn’t feel the need to toot his own horn all of the time about I’m master this and I dominated that, you know, ‘only if’. A True Champions work speaks for itself.

There is no she's involved, and I totally disagree with your reasoning, because your over looking the understanding of the facts, your mind set is the same as the ones who ran the event, but go figure, you have always been a Jedi hater, on top of that you have no faith in what I preach, like I would waist my fucking time posting BS to you or anyone else.

And No, Rose didn't win the Championship of the points race, because he wasn't in the lead in points, Pimp was in second in points, and Rose was under 3rd.
Like I said, the whole purpose of the Ruler of the North series was who can dominate in 11 weeks, in other words, who can win the most in 11 weeks, that was Cams and my conversation about the theme of the event when he called me, he had to, to get my permission to use my name in the event.

Anyway my thoughts on this whole thing is that, Everyone was just so excited that Darrin beat me the last week, that things got twisted in the mix of rumors among morons, and it came out that Rose was the Victor, when in reality I was the leader in points for winning more championship events during the 11 weeks.

Also if half of you would just accept my Mastership of the game, and what I believe in my mind set, and stop all your crying about it, then I wouldn't have to feel the need to slam it back in your faces.

Why do you get up on your pedestal and keep accusing everybody of being a hater of you? You just read how you want to read things and not what is actually written. Most get tired of the “I’m so great and you all aren’t worthy” and the “everybody hates the Jedi” BS that you constantly spew in writing. They call you out on it. When somebody beats you, you have to come up with nonsense excuses. Nobody had to get your permission for jack sh*t so stop that high and mighty crap. Did you get a hold of the makers of Star Wars to use the name Jedi? STFU about that idiocracy already. Why don’t you start up a “Masters of Colorado” series with real money on the line and let’s see how you do against Ryan, Robbie, Kane, Rudnicki, Garrett, etc, over the course of 10 weeks? How many times have you beat Garrett or Loffredo for the Senior Singles title at Colorado State?
You seem to be the real hater so I think your nickname should change from Jedi to Darth Hater. I’ve got something for you to try. When somebody tells you nice work when you win or compliments your game, how about trying to respond with a “thanks man, I appreciate it”. Now go have a great day!

And yes, Cam did call me to ask for permission on using the R.O.T.N. name for the points race, you just assumed I mentioned using the name Jedi.
You can't become a jury member on this issue if you can't see the conspiracy facts on the other flip side of the coin.
Sooo Here, let's say this, your a Jedi slammer!
After all it's obvious by now you would rather stand up for the cheating conspirators of the event.

And, I never did not admit that Rose beat me in the last week, BUT,! Rose" DID NOT "win the R.O.T.N. points race series, which was the ORIGINAL format of the event.
It just got misconstrued that he did..

Oh, and all those Masters you mentioned, I have beaten all of them before one time or another, just to clarify that!
Soooooooo there's no fear factor from me when it comes to Masters or anyone else for that matter.. after all Slice, the last time I played Ryan was in the Super Singles points race this year, Sorry to tell you but I double dipped the great Ryan Moore, so I guess you can't play that, " Jedi go play with the Masters if you think your so good" hand card, because I have already blown that card off the table.

Ps. It's kind of hard to say thanks about something, when the condolences is half-hearted and not totally pure as gold.

See you just proved my point on everything. It’s high and mighty when you beat somebody once but when somebody beats you once you go into this tirade about a series. I mentioned a Master’s series. Why don’t you mention the whole story about Ryan? Why don’t you throw out a challenge to him in a winner takes all money series?
I’ve had wins over Ryan, Champ, Boogie, etc. Big deal, it doesn’t make me a master of anything. Just because Cam asked you about ROTN doesn’t mean that he HAD to get your permission like you stated, just like I stated that you didn’t HAVE to ask permission to use Jedi. Just keep hating and throwing everybody into the Jedi hater bucket, even if it’s not true. I’ll continue to respect your game and believe it or not, cheer you on in matches where I’m cheering you on. I do that even if you don’t think I do, but it is my normal pattern to root for an underdog upset. The fact that I mention upset in a case where somebody beats you should tell you something about what I think of your game. Sheesh!

I don’t want to know actually. I don’t read that nonsense. Besides like I said Masters talk with their game, not some self patting on the back post. That’s between you and yourself. I’m not in the Jedi hater category but I will root for and against you and as always call out and comment on what I feel is BS.

I never said players are not worthy, that's a word you add to my mouth.. but in all honesty, if Rose would have been the top point winner, then there would be no issue on my part ever, and he would be the true Victor, but he missed the point lead by four positions..

And what do you mean you don't read my, in your opinion " nonsense" you have replied back on everything else I post..lol

Your hilarious Slice, but I guess that's why your the comic on the board..
Hey Slice, did you ever call and ask the soda company for permission to use the name Slice?

I remember that super bowl, it was the one game the Patriots thought they could win without cheating.....didn't go the way they had hoped.

I actually responded to Kid Thunder thinking it was Big City that won ROTN. I’m really only responding to you getting all butt hurt because Rose won the ROTN championship match and haven’t felt the need to stand corrected about that tourney since you can’t bring up real evidence to prove that Rose didn’t win the ROTN title. The fact that you don’t know anything about the nickname Slice answers your own question about it. I didn’t give myself the nickname btw.
